Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at TRBL. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Partner
We have partnered with OTO, a trusted shipping service provider company in the UAE, to ensure that all orders are delivered safely and on time.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a tracking link provided by Logistiq.
2. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all Emirates within the UAE, including:
- Abu Dhabi
- Dubai
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Umm Al Quwain
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah
International delivery is not available at this time.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
4. Delivery Time & Fees
Within the UAE:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Delivery Fee: AED 17 up to AED 20 for remote areas
