Refund policy
Returns / Exchanges — Conditions & Timeframe
- You may return or exchange an item within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery
- To be eligible, the item must be:

- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice)
Defective / Damaged / Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for return at our cost.
- Upon inspection, we will issue a full refund or exchange, including any original shipping costs.
Non-Defective / Change of Mind Returns
If the item is not defective and you wish to return it (change of mind):
- You are responsible for the return courier / shipping cost.
- We will refund the product price (minus initial shipping, if any).
- Refund will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the return.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.
We are not responsible for delays by the bank or payment provider.
Cancellation / Order Changes
- You may cancel or modify orders before they ship by emailing us at support@trbl.ae.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be exempt, we will specify such cases clearly at product level.
Inspection & Rejection of Returns
- We reserve the right to inspect returned items.
- If an item fails inspection (damaged, used, missing tags), we may deny the refund or charge a restocking fee.
